Vintage '70s Blue Gingham Full Circle Midi Square-Dancing Skirt Measurements: Waist: (Elastic) 22"-36" Hips: Free (but should not be much above 36", in order to get the skirt on) Length: 22 1/2" Condition: Perfect, except that I had to replace the elastic in the waistband -- and did not do an absolutely flawless job of it (pictured).
