Rose gold plated over sterling silver with 5 round stimulated diamonds. Weight is approximately 2 carats. One of the stones on the end looks to be a bit larger than the others but it will only be noticeable to you. It sparkles a lot out in the sun. I tried finding my original order from QVC for the size, but it was so long ago I couldn't. I always order a size 7 for my ring finger and it use to fit, but now won't go over my knuckle. I believe it to be a little under a size 7.
