Gothic BDSM black shiny vinyl keyhole dress sz L

For reference I'm a US size 12/XL,  my measurements are 40-33-44, I am 5'3 and wear bra size 36D. there is no brand label The size tag claims this is a 3X but I am an XL and this is small for me. shiny black vinyl mini dress with a zipper up the front a buckle at the high collar neck and keyhole at chest, long sleeves. measurements taken with the garment laid flat, 18 in from underarm to underarm, 16 in from side to side at waist, 19.5 in from side to side at hips, 30 in from shoulder to bottom hem, sleeves are 22 in from shoulder seam to cuff. there's almost no stretch to this vinyl. never worn, excellent condition with no rips or stains, it is a bit wrinkled from sitting in storage for so long. Smoke-free home, however I do have cats and try as I might cat hair does get everywhere, please keep that in mind if you have severe allergies.
