@asaulet I added a video for you to see also but there is currently a screen protector on the phone and looks like air is getting under the corners and causing that. Gliding your nail gently over it shows no divots. So it looks like it’s coming from the screen protector which should come off when removed. I hope this helps

@stylechic5280 hi I just received the phone and it’s not unlocked for any carrier . There’s a carrier lock on the phone and I can’t use it. I called sprint/T-Mobile and they said the original owner needs to contact them in order to unlock the device . Please do that or I can’t use it.
