Vintage 1960s blue mini dress

Vintage from London, estimated original production date sometime in the 1960s Long sleeve mini dress, with mock neck / choker style collar and “scarf ties” I assume the tag says 100% rayon but only “0% rayon” is visible - it’s a mid weight fabric (heavy by today’s standards) that I would say feels more like wool? The cream ends of the scarf parts are a coarser material, I would guess those are wool. Missing one half of one of two fish eye hook closures at the neck. Size tag says 12 but that’s a UK vintage 12, I would guess it’s about a Small or 3 or 4 in dress sizes Bust and hips listed on tag: 34” bust, 36” hips. (I too am confused about why they would use inches on a vintage London/UK tag? Were US clothing measurements just the standard?) Definitely authentic, I’ve had it for almost twenty years and purchased it from a vintage store in London Very short! Will add measurements. There’s a picture showing where the “waist” line is (there’s a seam and the fabric flares out from that point) but that line sits closer to the hips and the fabric below that point is short, maybe six inches long, again I’m sorry I haven’t added measurements yet but please request & I’ll add them asap if I haven’t already!
