masoeliz14 @beaucoupspookoo Happy to answer any questions! I honestly don't wear many regular bras these days but my size hasn't changed much and last I checked I was like a 36D. I usually wear a L or XL in sports bras, and the L in this style fit with just the right amount of compression for me. Its definitely best for like mid-to-low kinds of activities like yoga, pilates, hiking, etc.

masoeliz14 @beaucoupspookoo I'd say the biggest difference is that it's sweat-wicking sports bra material, so while it has about the same support as a more supportive bralette, it's better for active activities, if that makes sense.
