The medium proved to be too big for me so I ordered this exact bag in small. This leather will soften with use and the patina will darken. It has been stored in a closet since I bought it. grandma2five @e457898 Yes, it’s very firm. In the pictures it is sitting on my table with nothing in it. Now, whether it softens up much with use I don’t know. I too prefer bags that are not floppy.
