Material = 76% cotton 22% polyester 2% elastane (soft corduroy feel); made in china . Condition = never used, however does have a couple minor/small stains on the front side of left pant leg from storing (not very noticeable though, last photo), overall still in excellent new with tag condition aside from that! *have not tried washing*
