OPEN TO OFFERS! Mini dress with pockets, tiered detail and flutter sleeves. Smocked. Size XLT so it’s a little longer than the traditional mini dress. Hits above the knee (I am 5’8 for reference). Very lightweight and flowy. Great for summer. Worn once, in excellent condition. Lost some weight so looking to clear out my closet.
