Tibi Silk Wrap Dress

This is a light blue sleeveless wrap dress by Tibi. It has a v-neckline with ruffles that go down to the hem. Around the waist is a belt with thread loops, and there is a clasp to help hold the dress in place. This dress has light green squares with red dots printed all over.
