I purchased this top sometime around 2002, making it nearly a vintage Y2K garment. It is finely spun stretch material with gold metallic threading, giving it a look of golden chainmail. Sleeves are long and belled out to nearly 11” - definitely some drama! Not sure how to categorize this - sweater, tunic, top to throw over a cami all sound about right. This is sized M and is from Forever 21. I have had it all of these years, try it on every once in a while, but have never actually worn it outside of the house. It deserves some life! Please see photos, video and measurements, but note that this is a stretch material and has lots of give! Lighting in photos doesn’t do it justice, it is a WARM gold tone.
