This Ivy City Co dress is true to the quality and style that this brand represents. This style features a holly berry print, so it’s perfect for the winter holiday season, yet it doesn’t look Christmasy, so it can be worn all year. The waist is stretchy, but the sleeves are not. I usually wear a size large in ICC, but my arms are larger, so the sleeves don’t work for me. At the widest part of the sleeve, it measures about 9” flat, 18” circumference. Other measurements are as follows, lying flat: waist 14-19” (stretched), bust 20” (no stretch, but faux wrap gives some flexibility), length 56”.
