International sizes very different from ours! I normally wear 6-8 So I ordered an 8. According to their size chart I should have ordered a 12! It just arrived and has not been worn. I think it is more a size 4-6 but check the measurement chart included to be sure.

Is the top velvet? Does it have any stretch? In the velvet? I wear a 4. Can you please measure the waist side to side? Thanks!
