Simply Southern bell sleeve turtle print dress

Simply Southern bell sleeve dress, in a background color of navy blue with a turtle print in pinks, white, light blue, yellow and mint green. I’m pretty sure it is a size S, however the size tag was removed so please see measurements for fit, and it is also quite stretchy as it is 5% spandex. There is elastic at the sleeve openings and it fans out and there is elastic at the bottom and it fans out some below the elastic. There are also two pockets at the middle sides. 95% polyester, 5% spandex and machine washable. 20” wide underarm to underarm, 20” at lower elastic, 10.5” at widest part of sleeves, and 35.5” long. The last picture included to show some places of wear on the dress and a spot on the front shoulder and a snag on the back. Pre-owned with no holes, rips, or tears.
