It is a black polyester dress with white with black polka dots side insets. Each side has a decorative black satin ribbon lace up. It is about 40" in length from shoulder to hemline. It has a sweetheart neckline. Dress has been professionally cleaned. Piece is free of rips, holes, tears & stains. It has been in storage in a non-smoking home.
