These platform mules are by Jeffrey Campbell. They are black and a size 8. They are very clunky! A super fun slip on for summer! They look huge and run a little big. I wear a size 8 1/2 -9 and these shoes fit. They are made of a plastic- rubber type material. I really think these would be cute pool shoes! Like new!
