It’s new but also not new like the bottoms are clean but might have a small shade stain. On top of one shoe is a small black missing piece” as shown in pictures and inside the shoe also a couple scars but still SUPER CUTE AND FABULOUS Look at pictures for more confirmation. The scars are barely noticeable Size 39 is I think a size 8 but not 100% sure I just know these pair of heels are a size 39
