These jeans are NWT. However, they do have a manufacturer flaw. On one side of the jeans the black embroidery thread in the leopard design had a defect in some areas and was loose. I just trimmed those threads off. Because the jeans are black and the thread were black you really can't tell unless looking at them under the light. See two close up pictures. These are of each leg and you can see in the first picture some spots where the embroidery thread is sparse. The second picture is of the one that is fine so you can compare.
