This is an Eleanor James brand Penny Velvet Lounge jacket in the short duster jacket style. Jacket is a S/M but can fit a range of sizes. Jacket is made of a beautiful velvet fabric with gorgeous colors in it. It is lined with black and white striped fabric and has 2 pockets, one of each hip. Only worn once.
