pawnshopandmore @toddik87 I had to copy that listing to add it to her other items. Confusing yes. Posh doesn’t let us cancel or make an item available after it’s sold. It has to be copied. Unless I hear back from the original customer I will have to cancel your order. We are still out of town. We will be going live again tomorrow. Maybe we can find something else for you.

pawnshopandmore @toddik87 the ring was originally purchased June 20th. They will be able to see that. It was never canceled. The buyer wanted to combine shipping with her 2nd order and add to it. To be able to do it I had to “copy” the original listing and add it to her bundle. It should have been taken care of right away but we were out of town on our anniversary trip, and you came across the copied listing. Again I am sorry for the confusion. I tried to explain, but our service was shaky coming home.

toddik87 they will also see that you left it open for somebody to buy it and you didn't cancel it or put not for sale on it and then I received from posh get it before it's gone. the Ruby ring I have that too so they will see also and then you canceled it

pawnshopandmore @toddik87 it has to be left open for the person to bundle it in her bundle to buy it. She cannot buy it again if it is not for sale and Posh has automated to go out to customers to get it before it’s gone that was not me that sent that message.
