Yes the material is almost military style so it’s kind of like a cargo dress I would say and yes it is a huge fashion statement this season this is vintage Dolce & Cabana I bought it over 20 years ago and it has been in its storage bag hanging along with other treasures I have lolI take exceptional care of my items. Thank you for your interest and yes, it is extremely cheap compared to what I paid for it. I think I paid 2200.
