Front ruffle pleated skirt with contrasting white piping detail, scoop neckline, lightly padded in breast lining with elastic. Has a flamenco 💃 look to it. PLEASE NOTE: This is a beautiful vintage piece and is in great vintage condition. The straps do have some twisting from wear. Also, this is a vintage size 20W.
