Francesca & Rita Vintage Blue Skirt

Vintage women’s blue skirt from Francesca & Rita with buttons in the front, removable belt, and made with 69% wool/11% microfiber blend. Its pre-owned and good condition with some marks as shown in photos. The belt is quite stiff, but can be taken out and replaced with another if you like. Size 14.
