Vintage Handmade Retro Bell Sleeve Petite Dress psychedelic 60s 70s style WOW

An estate sale treasure💎 This dress has no tags which leads me to guess it was handmade, but oh wow is she not only a true gem, but sewn to last. A very skilled seamstress surely made this! It’s in flawless condition with the fabric quality and seam durability/construction. It only indicates handmade because of a serged seam that hasn’t been clipped on the high neckline (see photo, you can clip it on your own) however there are NO rips, tears, holes or stains of any kind. Zipper closure in the back. Zipper works like brand new.
