These pants are in very good condition, and they come from a smoke-free home. They are 98% cotton and 2% spandex. They are size 12, the inseam measures 25 inches, the rise is 11 inches, the leg opening is 7 1/2 inches across and when you lay them out flat. The waistband measures 18 inches across.
