These shoes are brand new and never worn. I was sent the wrong size and customer service never responded to my request for a refund. They do have a small spot on the heel that was damaged in shipping. They shipped the shoes in a plastic bag. I repaired the damage and it is virtually invisible unless you are up close staring at the heel. See photos. Size 8.5
