Peppermint Bay black swim cover-up, gold sequins

brand new with tags, peppermint Bay black cotton swim cover-up. This is a sleeveless dress with slits up each side from the hem approximately 11 inches of slit. There is a golden paint on the neckline and the hemline and throughout the dress and some gold sequins on the gold paint in many areas. The back does not have any sequins. Lightweight and thin, perfectly packable and great to toss on over your swimsuit.
