This is a seersucker type fabric from Bloomchic. I honestly love this dress but I have it in waaaay too many colors 😆 I had to make room in the closet so had to sacrifice one. This color is a bit too dark for my skin tone so it is the sacrifice. this has the adjustable tie in front so you can show office appropriate cleavage or spice it up for date night cleavage. Best off all.....POCKETS! I have worn this one once but gosh I so love this style! it's super flattering!
