Blue picnic dress APPROX Bust, PTP- 16" Length- 43" Waist- 12" Hip (with skirt fully laid out flat and spread out)- 29" Hip (only interior solid blue section)- 16 ½" Sleeve- 14" -slightly sheer -Great condition except one loop to help secure a tie for the waist of the dress is loose as shown in 4th photo. -Does not specify a brand OR a size.
