Antique Hand Mirror Scrying Mirror

I do not have a lot of information regarding this mirror. It is beautiful and I believe it to be from around the Victorian era. For the person who is a collector and likes oddities something different or the person who is looking for a mirror for I believe this would be an ideal item. Because of the tarnishing, I believe this item to be made out of brass the glasses for sure very old.
