Vintage fur coat in a women’s size M. I am 5.7, weigh 177 lbs and I can button it up but it’s too tight around the shoulders and waist. I assume the coat was made anywhere between 1950 and 1970. I am unsure of the type of fur other than the fact that it is real fur. Made in Winnipeg, Canada by The Hurtigs, Vaughan Street. Really stunning piece. Only flaws are small rips in lining shown on pictures and a faint smell of smoke. The honey wearing this or storing it definitely smoked. Otherwise in excellent pre-owned and vintage condition. Beautiful embroidered lining detail with the initials VEV or VCV near inner breast pocket. Measures 19” pit to pit.
