Strapless lace bandeau has removable pads in the cups, a 31/2” wide band with 5 hook and eye closures for staying put. It does have the loops for adding your own straps, but none come with it. Laying flat, it measures 14” at the top of the bandeau, and 12” at the bottom of the band. Comes from a smoke free home.
