This is a good one from my personal collection……Vintage 1950’s cotton dinner dress adorned with the sweetest fruit pattern of strawberries, pears and apples. These are all spelled out in French as well ( fraises, poires and pommes). Creme colored cotton fabric with graphics in 2 shades of pink. Peter Pan collar. Closes with 11 metal snaps down the front therefore, could also be worn as a vintage duster. Short sleeves have a 2" cuff. This used to have a matching self belt as noted by a thread-like belt loop on one side. All snaps work great! This has no size marking therefore refer to all measurements which were taken with the dress laying flat. Double for bust & waist. Compare to a similar dress you may already own for the best fit. Leave a little wiggle room if you’re dancing after dinner! If I had to guess the size, I’d say a modern 6/8. Overaylength: 39” with 2-3/4” hem Bust: 18" Waist:15" Hips: 19” Shoulder to shoulder: 16" This has been in my smoke free home for 20 years. In very good vintage condition….just 1 discolored fabric snap...see last photo. Thanks for looking! :)
