1940s- early 1950s floral peony barkcloth skirt and blouse set

Gorgeous hand made/custom pink and blue peony barkcloth pleated skirt with matching blouse with flattering high collar that sweeps into a sweetheart bust line. The piece is signed but indecipherable. A series of loops are at the base of the blouse to secure onto buttons within the skirt, offering a tailored and clean dress-look when worn together! Blouse has a side zipper, and the skirt has a button and skirt-long zip, with about 2 inches of extra room. I bought it for graduation but didn’t end up wearing it. Measurements: Bust (underarm to underarm measured flat, then doubled) to 40" Waist of top 30" Center back top to hem 19" (tucks into skirt/attaches) Waist of skirt 29" and can be easily enlarged by moving the button over on the 2" tab Hips full Waist to hem 30" Notes:**** The first few photos are with a crinoline, which the item does NOT come with. If you want a circle skirt, you’ll also need one, and can modify the degree of flare based on crinoline type. I also included an image for a large circle skirt effect (gray background). However, the skirt falls beautifully on its own, despite the weight of the fabric, as shown in last few photos. One blouse loop is lose and can be replaced/fixed. Shown in photos of bodice. There are some subtle brown spots that came when I bought the piece, and are shown in last photo.
