Really interesting piece. Hull USA Pottery piece. I believe it is a planter. It certainly could hold many options as a vessel. Chunky. The raised pattern feels very late Mid-Century. Not a completely chalky flat matte finish. Condition: Very good vintage pre-owned. No cracks or chips on exterior. The interior has some staining and some fine cracks (they don't catch on my fingernail so I can't imagine they're too deep - see last photo).
