I barely used this Load Warrior and so it is in excellent shape. There aren't any scuffs or tears or abrasions in the fabric, seams are perfect, zippers are like butter, handle and wheels are perfect. It is roughly 22 x 14 x 9 in size, and there is an expansion zipper to add a little extra space. Sitting on a shelf in Hawaii most of its life those hypalon patches disintegrated and cracked. I reached out to Eagle Creek, and they are indeed generous with their lifetime warranty. I could send the bag to their repair facility, which would cost me about $40. But I showed pictures, and they said they can't fix it to make it look "factory" so would probably declare the bag damaged beyond repair and give me credit toward buying a new bag. Which seemed incredibly wasteful to me. The repair facility is a 3rd party, and when I asked about how he would do the repair for a bag not under warranty, he said he would just apply a sealant or epoxy to the areas. So I decided I could just do that myself. See photos. It does not look "factory". But it solves the problem. Again, there is nothing wrong with the fabric underneath the Hypalon, it is literally just a coating. So if you don't mind the look of my patch job, you'll have a like new Load Warrior. Oh, wheels were getting gummy so I bought new ones from Eagle Creek.
