The tag says material is 67% cotton and 33% viscose and references a lining that is polyester. There is NO lining or slip with this dress. It’s perfect as a short beachy romantic surf dress could be worn more like a long flowy tank top or lingerie. Seems like a warm white - maybe like an ivory. Happy to answer questions in comments.
