Citizens of Humanity women's "Isola flare" jeans finished with a high-rise fit, full-length hems, in a soft comfortable stretch denim fabric and deep blue wash. The flare opening is 22" at the bottom. Size: 28 (reflected on jeans, however, the waist size is actually 31”. Color: Navy Blue Fabric: 43% rayon, 33% rayon, 17% lyocell, 5% polyester & 2% elastane Measurements: Waist: 31” Inseam: 32" Rise: 11 1/4" Length: 43" *Measurements are approximate. **The jeans are in good used condition, there are no holes or tears in the jeans.
