This is a beautiful set perfect for any occasion especially vacation, excellent condition, no tears or stains , see pics for measurements ... there are extra measurements for the top . The elastic is slightly stretched, but not to the point where it won’t stay in place . The skirt stretches up to 16” side to side , unstretched is 11”side to side.
