The material is 98% cotton 2% spandex. The size is 18M and does fit true to size. The approximate measurements are. Total length 43” waist 18” hips 23” inseam 31” rise 13 1/2”. These jeans are long in length too long for me as I am only 5 foot 3. These jeans have a flare or wide cut bottom.
