This skirt is size 4X and made by LC Lauren Conrad. It is made with 70% cotton and 30% rayon and machine washable. It is fully lined, has elastic at the back of the waist and a band in front. The waist measures 23 1/2" across unstretched and is about 34" in length. It is new with tags, (retail value of $54), might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very nice skirt.
