I did this so you can see how I really took care of these hiking boots. I used these boots on dry trails but I ordered them a bit too small so they were my back-up boots and I own another pair of these in size 9. I can't say enough about these boots! They are very comfortable and I highly recommend them as I have been an LL Bean customer for 30 years and their products are made to last. They have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and are perfect for hiking all trail levels. I have pictured the inserts which are still in very good condition with a little wear at the edges as shown.
