New with tags, never worn Women's Madewell Omaha Tiered Shirt in size XS. It's super cute, but sadly is too small for me. Color is green/white gingham and it has elastic in the arms and in the tiers of the torso. Also has a peplum hem and a keyhole in the front with a sweet tie string.
