Komarov dress. Fit and flare shape. Blue crinkly material. Sheer half sleeves and sheer horizontal inset at bottom of skirt add interest. Blue has a pearlescence to it - I believe they call the color "fregatta blue." Slips on over head. Like new condition. The model photos shows closest dress to this style currently on their website which has two horizontal sheer inlays rather than one and 3/4 rather than half sleeves, among other slight variations.
