Suit by Prophecy EUC caramel brown velveteen VTG from 1970s skirt and blazer

Two piece Suit -- WOW incredible vintage piece!! Petite size suit from Prophecy circa 1970 in excellent condition. Jacket is approximately 23 inches from shoulder to hem, sleeves 21 inches, yoke 14.5 inches. Skirt is approximately 28 inches from waistband to hem, waist 24.5 inches, hips 35 inches. Gorgeous caramel color, soft but structured suit. Sophisticated fabrication with novelty details. I can definitely see breaking up the set and wearing the jacket with jeans or palazzo pants. Make it your own! Jacket is fully lined with "prophecy" stamped on the lining, front pockets also lined, 5 matching buttons down the front with loop closure. Skirt is A-line cut with gathers at waist, two small loops for a belt (you can hardly see, check photos), zipper with snap and large hook-and-eye closure at top. Not lined. Hem is over an inch so you could let it out if you wanted a bit longer skirt. Everything is intact and working, including the delicate yet sturdy loops for the buttons. W43a & W43b
