Blouse button up with tie in front & sheer sleeves multi color SZ X-Large​​​

The tag has been removed from the neckline (it was a bit rough) so I don’t remember the brand. this is an x-large with sleeveless shell for coverage. 100% polyester 21” top to bottom ( not including tie) 20” PTP This looks amazing with white jeans or pants for spring/summer. Colors are yellow & light blue with some teal
