This dress is really fun and over the top. I purchased but never wore because it is more flirty than I would usually wear. Please notice the cutouts on the chest and at the sides. There are enough straps to be secure, you might be able to wear a bra with it if you have one that sits just right. The chest is approx. 16” flat and unstretched The strap at the waist is approx 13” The hips are 15”
