This skirt has no inside tags. I believe it was altered at the waist. I bought it from the thrift but it doesn’t fit me. I do not know the material information. It is well made. Very thick and stiff. Has a liner inside. Has Marc Jacob’s hanger straps and tags. It measures 16” across so 32 waste size 14 And 38” long.
