Vintage COBALT ENAMEL ASHTRAY Metal Blue Enamelware from Hungary

Acquired in Hungary about 30 years ago from an Antiques shop. Seems like the part where the cigarette butts collect might have been modified /restored. It has a signature that I can not make out.
