These pants are in very good condition and they come from a smoke-free home. The fabric is 88% cotton and 12% spandex. They are kind of the same material as a yoga pant. The fabric is soft. They are size petite, medium, the inseam measures 29 1/4 inches, the rise is 10 1/2 inches, the leg opening is 8 inches and when you lay them out flat, the waist measures 15 inches across and stretches to about 19 inches across.
